They were claiming the benefit of grant of revision of pay scale and re-designation as Assistant Engineer in terms of the policy decision dated 1.12.2011(P-2).

Without even issuing notice the learned State counsel was directed to seek instructions.

At the time of hearing today, learned Deputy Advocate General states that the present writ petition has become infructuous in the light of order dated 6.8.2016 passed by the competent authority granting necessary relief.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel at the Bar, learned counsel for the petitioners agrees that the present writ petition has become infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
