SATISH KUMAR MITTAL,J (ORAL) We have heard learned counsel for the parties. The Appellate Authority has decided the appeal. It is the case of the petitioner that no hearing was given to it before deciding the appeal. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will move an application for recalling the said order as the petitioner was not heard before passing the said order. Learned counsel for the respondents-State, on instructions from G.Vajralingam, Principal Secreteary, Department of Science Technology, Environment, states that if any such application is filed then after recalling the order, hearing will be given to the petitioner and thereafter a speaking order will be passed in the appeal on all the issues raised by the petitioner.

CWP No.16636 of 2015 #2# In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move such application before the Appellate Authority within 7 days from today and the Appellate Authority is directed to consider and pass necessary orders on the same in accordance with law. Till the disposal of the appeal, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner by the respondents.
