The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of Licence No. 37 dated 26.04.2011 (Annexure P-9) issued to respondent No. 4 under the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975, on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
