The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking a direction to respondent No. 4 to examine all the relevant record/documents regarding the validity of construction already raised in the petitioner's society in reference to the approved building plans and in compliance with the order dated 09.03.2016 (Annexure P-15) passed by the Additional Secretary, Town and Country Planning Department.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since she had already sent a legal notice dated 27.05.2016 (Annexure P-16) to respondent No. 4-Estate Officer, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Panchkula, she may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the said legal notice before the authorities concerned. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to her, in accordance with law.
