RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.281, dated 21.11.2020, under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail her remedy as per law.
