The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of impugned order dated 25.05.2016 (Annexure P-7) passed by the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Chandigarh. Further, a writ in the nature of prohibition has been sought for staying the dispossession of the petitioner and his family members from the property mortgaged as collateral security towards the Cash Credit Limit obtained by respondent No. 3. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
