NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.329 dated 03.06.2019, under Sections 420, 468, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station, Central Faridabad.

The present case is for anticipatory bail. The petitioner herein is a Process Server. He alongwith other co-accused Vinod Kumar and Ankit Kumar tempered with the entries in the dispatch register. Even in the enquiry, the accused was found guilty of manipulations. Dismissed accordingly.
