Be that as it may, the official respondents are directed to trace out the detenue, as and when she is traced, she will be produced before a female Judicial Magistrate, who after interacting with her, shall record her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in case, she desires to make such statement. After that, the concerned Judicial Magistrate shall take appropriate decision regarding her liberty. Given above, the present petition is disposed of with aforesaid observations.
