ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is employed as a Junior Librarian with the respondent department. And, as the nature of her employment was contractual, she prays for a direction to the respondents, not to dispense with her services till she is replaced by a regularly recruited candidate. In reference to the averments set out in paragraph No. 10 of the written statement filed on behalf of the respondents, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner was neither sought to be replaced by a contractual employee, nor was estopped from performing her duties. And, she shall not be replaced till a regular appointment is made. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in this petition and the same be disposed of in the wake of the stand set out in the written statement, as also the statement of learned State counsel.
Ordered accordingly.
