Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 17.12.2015 (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner had served legal notice Annexure P-2 dated 18.12.2015 for redressal of his grievance but no action has been taken on the same so far.
Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 5 to dispose of the legal notice Annexure P-2, expeditiously by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, preferably within two weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
