It is difficult to hold on the basis of contents of letter dated 1.7.2015 that the authorities would not follow the mandate contained in order dated 26.2.2015. In any case, if the authorities pass an order contrary to what has been directed by this Court, the petitioners would be at liberty to challenge the said action in appropriate proceedings.
