The petitioner's grievance is that private respondent Nos.6 to 9 have allegedly encroached upon the land of village pond and no action is being taken against them by respondent No.5 - Gram Panchayat of village Salana Dulla Singhwala, Tehsil Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib or the authorities like respondent No.4 - Block Development & Panchayats Officer, Amloh.
