A perusal of report sent by learned trial Court, in compliance of order dated 17.01.2023 reveals that the petitioners No.3 and 4 had not appeared before the trial Court for recording their statements and verifying the factum of compromise having been arrived at between them. It appears that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the present petition. Hence the same is dismissed in default for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
