Mz.Sudeepti Sharma,DAG Punjab for respondents Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner is working as Chowkidar with the office of PUNGRAM under Inspector Food and Supplies, Samana- respondent no.4. His arrears of pay for the period w.e.f. 11.12.2013 to 31.8.2014 were ordered to be granted by the Commissioner Food and Supplies vide letter dated 19.9.2014(P-2).

The grievance is that the said arrears have not yet been approved and released by the office of Director, Food and Supplies, Punjab. Upon notice, the learned State counsel on instructions from Mr.Gurmit Singh, Legal Assistant submits that arrears in question to the tune of Rs.1,35,228/- are being paid in Court by way of DD. Original DD has been handed over in Court to the learned counsel for the petitioner and copy retained for the purpose of record.

With regard to the prayer for consideration for regularization, learned State counsel submits that the case of the petitioner would be considered by the competent authority within four months from the date of Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2016.08.16 17:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP 15750/2016 receipt of certified copy of this order and appropriate orders passed. In response,learned counsel for the petitioner states that this petition requires no further consideration.
