(Oral) Before making submissions on merit, counsel for the respondent submits that the impugned judgment dated 30.05.2024, is the final outcome of the Guardianship Petition and therefore, an appeal under Section 47 of the Guardian and Wards Act is maintainable and the revision petition is not maintainable.

In view of the aforesaid, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file an appeal, to question the impugned judgment before the appropriate forum. Ordered accordingly.
