The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to them in case FIR No.322, dated 19.12.2022, under Sections 323,324,341,506,379,148,149 of IPC, {115(2), 118(1), 126(2),351(2), 303(2),191(3),190 of B.N.S}, registered at Police Station Sadar Nabha, Patiala.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that in compliance of the order dated 14.05.2026, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel also submits that the petitioners had joined the investigation and are no longer required for further investigation. 4.

In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the interim order dated 14.05.2026 is made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
