(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.95 dated 31.05.2023, registered under Section 21 and Section 29 (added later on) of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Baghapurana, District Moga.

Vide order dated 28.06.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sardara Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 28.06.2023 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
