(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the demand notice dated 18.03.2014 (Annexure P-23), orders dated 07.10.2014 (Annexure P-35) and the revised demand notice dated 29.10.2014 (Annexure P-38).

In view of order of even date passed in CWP No.16443 of 2016, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition.
