RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to mutate the land in the name of petitioner, as per sale certificate issued vide Annexure P-4. It is further prayed to direct respondent No.2 to expedite the legal action on representation Annexure P-1, seeking mutation of land as per sale certificate, Annexure P-4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Resham Singh, Tehsildar, Dharamkot, has submitted before this Court that mutation, as prayed for, in this case has already been sanctioned and thus, no grievance remains to be addressed in this petition.

In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous. May 02, 2024 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
