These cases involve similar issues and therefore, are being disposed of together by this common order.

Prayer made in the present petitions is for setting aside the order of dismissal dated 31.03.2018.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the issue requires to be adjudicated by the Punjab Educational Tribunal as the dispute being inter se the MOHIT 2025.04.24 14:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-10466-2018 (O&M) CWP-10477-2018 (O&M) -2Management and the employee-petitioners, falls within its jurisdiction in terms of Section 7-A the Punjab Affiliated Colleges (Security of Service) Act, 1974 and therefore, prays that the case may be transferred to the Tribunal for adjudication, to which learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. 4.

In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, the present petitions are ordered to be transferred to the Educational Tribunal, Punjab, Mohali. Parties are directed to appear before it on 29.05.2025. 5.

Registry is directed to send the record of these cases to the Tribunal forthwith.
