(Oral) The petitioners have been served with a notice dated 30.07.2015 (P-2) by the B.D.P.O., Pundri to remove the unauthorized encroachment over the panchayat land. The above-stated notice has been issued in deference to the directions issued by this Court, noncompliance whereof has led to initiation of contempt of Court proceedings.

The petitioners have submitted their objections against the afore-stated notice, inter-alia, stating that the earlier demarcation report was totally incorrect and the same has been set-aside by the Collector. In other words, they have sought fresh demarcation in their presence.

We have no reason to doubt that if there is any dispute with regard to identification of the area which is unauthorizedly encroached upon, the B.D.P.O., or any MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.08.31 11:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
