1. The present petition has been filed for quashing the action of respondents, vide which benefit of one increment granted on 01.01.1996 has been withdrawn in violation of principles of natural justice. 2. Learned counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner was of payment of non-release of 100% pension and withdrawal of benefit of one increment granted on 01.01.1996, which were in violation of principles of natural justice as well as no interest having been paid for delayed release of retiral benefits and ACP etc. Now, during pendency of the present petition, the pension has been stopped vide order dated 02.08.2023, Annexure P-1/1. In this regard, he will submit a comprehensive representation by relying on the judgments supporting his claim, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.
3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in MOHIT 2024.04.24 16:51 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

## case petitioner submit a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided, within a further period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon
