Learned State counsel submits that the issue involved in the present case, already stands decided vide judgment dated 19.09.2024 in CWP-12953-2020 titled as Nidhi Sharma and State of Punjab and Others, along with other connected petitions and as such prays that the matter be disposed of in terms thereof.
