This order shall dispose of the aforesaid three petitions filed on behalf of petitioners Varinder Singh @ Virender Panwar, Gurmeet Singh and Vishal seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of aforementioned FIR. 2.
At the time of issuance of notice of motion in CRM-M-30244-2024, the following order was passed on 20.6.2024:
"The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of FIR No.237 dated 27.05.2024 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 452 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Chandimandir, District Panchkula.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that although there are allegations in the FIR to the effect that co-accused Gurmeet Singh had inflicted injuries with a Saria on the left hand of the complainant and that petitioner inflicted three injuries on neck, leg and arm of the son of the complainant, but injuries to both the injured would at best attract offences under Sections 323 and 325 IPC, which are bailable. It has further been submitted that instant case in fact is a case of cross version, wherein three persons from the side of accused i.e. mother, father and brother of petitioner also sustained injuries.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer.
CRM-M-30260-2024 (O&M) & ( 3 ) However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."

Similar directions were issued in CRM-M-30260-2024 and CRM-M-303202024 vide orders dated 20.6.2024 and 21.6.2024. 4.
Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Parveen Kumar, has informed that pursuant to interim directions, the petitioners have since joined investigation and they are not required for any custodial interrogation. 5.
Having regard to the aforestated position, wherein the petitioners are stated to have joined investigation and are not required for any custodial interrogation, both the petitions are accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide orders dated 20.6.2024 (in CRM-M-30244-2024 & CRM-M-302602024) and order dated 21.6.2024 (in CRM-M-30320-2024) are hereby made absolute, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
