At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars. 3.

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is clarified that power of attorney filed in the present case shall suffice and there shall be no need to file fresh power of attorney in the fresh petition, if filed and Registry shall not raise any objection.
