* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner has challenged an order blacklisting it for a period of three years.

Mr. Mohunta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner has already suffered blacklisting for a period of about ten months. He, therefore, states that the petitioner would be contented in view thereof if it is afforded an opportunity of being heard only on the question as to the period of blacklisting. He submits that even assuming that the impugned order is correct on merits, it does not justify the petitioner being blacklisted for three years.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application for reducing the period of blacklisting. 4.

Considering the petitioner's wish to persuade the respondents to reduce the period of blacklisting and having already suffered blacklisting for ten months, it is but fair that a decision on the application be taken as expeditiously as possible and preferably by 15.01.2016. 6.

The petitioner shall attend the office of the respondents at 11.00 AM on 14.12.2015 in the first instance and thereafter as directed by the respondents.
