Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel as given in the connected case i.e. CWP-13370-2023, titled as, 'Rahul v. State of Haryana and Another', wherein it has been stated that firstly the revised merit list of the Common Eligibility Test will be issued and only thereafter, further process of selection will be made, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of as having been not pressed any further at this stage, with liberty to file a fresh one, in case, any grievance of the petitioner still survived. 2.
