1. Whether Reporters of Local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?

3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The petitioner initiated eviction proceedings against private-respondents under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 as applicable in the State of Haryana. The eviction order dated 05.07.2012 (P1) was passed against which the appeal and revision etc. preferred by private-respondents were also dismissed. The petitioner sought execution of these orders on 06.05.2014. His grievance is that the 6th respondent is taking no effective steps to executive the eviction order and as a result thereof, the private-respondents are enjoying the unauthorized passage carved out on plot nos.5721 and 5722.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having regard to the nature of relief sought in this writ petition, however, without expressing any views on the allegations as we have not heard the respondents at this stage, MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.08.31 11:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.16744 of 2015 [2] the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.6 to expedite the execution proceedings and take the same to a logical conclusion in accordance with law. As regard to the petitioner's allegation of encroachment on his plots, we have no reason to doubt that the authorities will look into the matter without any delay and take the remedial steps as may be required in law. The needful shall be done as early as possible but not later than three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.

Ordered accordingly.
