**** As per report received from the trial Court the prosecution has concluded its evidence. Statements of both the accused have been recorded. The accused have examined two witnesses in defence and the case is fixed for 29.3.2023 for remaining defence evidence of accused. In that way the trial is at advance stage and is likely to be concluded in near future. Therefore, no ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial is made out.

The petition is dismissed accordingly.
