(ORAL) The sixteen (16) petitioners are claiming a refund of the amounts to be paid by them towards the loan availed by them under a Scheme of Soil Conservation for Lifting the Water through Pump within the District Sri Mukatsar Sahib, on the ground of parity of the Cabinet decision extended to some of the residents of the same village, whereby the liability of payment of the amounts to be paid by the residents of the village was undertaken and discharged by the Government.

We find that no details have been provided as to when the petitioners, who are the residents of Village Lohara, Tehsil Malout, District Sri Mukatsar Sahib (Punjab), had deposited and cleared the loans availed from the Lambi Punjab State Cooperative Agricultural Development Bank Ltd., Lambi, Tehsil Malout, District Sri Mukatsar Sahib (respondent No. 7). In view of the above, proxy counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the present petition to enable his clients to file a fresh one with better particulars.
