The present appeal pertains to the year 2009 and on 11.11.2025, since none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the counsel being informed by the Registry, notice was issued to the appellant for today. As per the office report, the appellant remains unserved with the report that he has sold the house and left the given address. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the impugned award. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
