Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Deepak Jaryal alias Deepak Kumar Jaryal in case FIR No. 298 dated 06.12.2018, registered under Section(s) 420 & 120B IPC at Police Station Samrala, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Joginder Singh, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.
