*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since on conclusion of trial the petitioner has been acquitted of the charge framed against him by Judge, Special Court Tarn Taran vide order dated 9.11.2021, therefore, the present petition for regular bail moved on his behalf has become infructuous and she be permitted to withdraw the same. Learned State counsel has corroborated such contention made by learned counsel for the petitioner placing on record copy of order dated 9.11.2021 passed by the trial Court in that regard.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn as infructuous.
