The present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ, in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the order dated 08.10.2015.

Learned counsel at the outset submits that during the pendency of this case, the petitioner has been given appointment vide letter dated 01.09.2017, Annexure R-4/1, therefore the present petition may be disposed of. However, for grant of notional benefits as have been granted to similarly circumstanced Baljit Grover and Ramesh Kumar, he on instructions submits that the petitioner would file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner by granting him an opportunity of hearing.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the limited prayer made.
