2 345 ( 6 Learned counsel for the State, at the outset, has submitted that in fact statements of the parties have been recorded and the matter has been compromised on 02.07.2023. Copy of the statement of petitioner has been filed today in the Court and the same is taken on record. Copy of the same has already been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.
