Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal against the impugned order dated 26.2.2015 (Annexure P-4).

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

In view of the fact that the petitioner had filed this writ petition, it is expected that the appellate authority would condone the delay in filing the appeal.
