This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (Section 482 Cr.P.C) for quashing of order dated 19.01.2026 passed by ld. Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Amritsar in FIR NO. 17 dated 29.03.2025 under Sections in FIR No. 17 dated 29.03.2025 under Sections 25 of Arms Act and 61(2) (Section 120 B of IPC) , 111 of BNS and 21/61/85 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station State Special Operation Cell, Amritsar vice which the petitioner bail order was cancelled and warrants of arrest was issued. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the learned trial Court on 19.01.2026. Consequently, the learned trial Court cancelled the bail granted to the petitioner, forfeited his bail bonds and surety bonds to the State, and issued non-bailable warrants against him. He further submits that the petitioner is now ready and willing to join the RENU RAWAT 2026.05.19 18.19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the case file.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any legitimate ground to interfere in the impugned order 19.01.2026 passed by ld. Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Amritsar. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 07 days from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court is directed to consider and decide the same within a period of 05 days.
