This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 09.04.2024 passed in CWP-26824-2019. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Sumit Khokhar, Deputy District Attorney O/o Haryana Staff Selection Commission states that the petitioner has since been offered appointment to the post of Conductor in the Haryana Roadways vide order dated 02.07.2025, copy whereof has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

In view of the compliance report, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present contempt petition. 4.

Dismissed as not pressed. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
