On asking of Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents. Mr. Jasvinder Singh Saini, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 29.03.2019 (Annexure P-3) within some specified time.
