**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.32 dated 30.08.019, registered at Police Station Khem Karan, District Tarn Taran, under Sections 21 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the trial is at its fag end, she prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Learned State counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Dismissed as withdrawn.
