(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she and other members of her family are under a constant threat from Police officials of Rohtak Police namely Vivek posted at HSNCB (Police Narcotic Cell), Rohtak, Rakesh, Inspector, Police Station City Rohtak and Virender, Sub Inspector, posted at HSNCB (Police Narcotic Cell), Rohtak. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Rohtak, to look into the matter and to dispose of the representation dated 12.8.2021 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law.
