He alleges that respondent No.6 has erroneously shifted the petitioner and his family from Ward No.8 to Ward No.1 for the purpose of casting votes in the Gram Panchayat elections. The petitioner has in this regard submitted a representation dated 15.01.2015 (P-1) but finding no response the instant writ petition has been filed. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the nature of relief sought by him, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.3, 5 & 8 to consider the above-mentioned claim of the petitioner and MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.08.19 12:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
