They have challenged the orders dated 12.3.2015 (P/1 to P/3) whereby recoveries for an amount of Rs.60,000/- approximately has been ordered to be effected on account of wrong fixation of their pays w.e.f. 1.1.2006. Concededly, the revised and correct refixation is not under challenge. Prayer in the present petition is restricted to challenging the orders of recoveries.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel, realising that present petition suffers from lack of material particulars as also mis-joinder of parties, prays for permission to withdraw the present petition to enable his clients to file fresh petition with full particulars and proper parties. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 08.08.
