MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for releasing the detenue (R) daughter of Tarsem Singh, aged about 14 years as she is in illegal custody of private respondent Nos.4 to 13.

Concededly, FIR No.22 dated 22.04.2025 (P-1) under Sections 137(2), 96, 61(2) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Sadar, Lakhewal, District Muktsar Sahib has already been registered at the instance of present petitioner and investigation is still going on. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Habeas Corpus petition and as such the same is disposed off "at this stage."

4. Ordered accordingly.
