The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 14.07.2022 whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person in the above captioned complaint and all the subsequent proceedings arising out therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had complied with the order dated 04.08.2022 passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court and also appeared before the concerned Court.

Given above, the interim order dated 04.08.2022 is made absolute and petition stands disposed of.
