***** VIKAS BAHL, J (ORAL) This is a civil writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to incorporate the names of the present petitioners in the revenue record as per the Civil Court decree dated 14.05.2015 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Ambala. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Amit Verma, Naib Tehsildar, Saha, District Ambala, has pointed out that the area mentioned in the civil suit is not in consonance with the area mentioned in the revenue record, however, the authorities are looking into the said aspect and after considering the entire issue, would pass an order in accordance with law, within a period of two months from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are satisfied with the statement made by learned State counsel at DINESH BANSAL 2023.03.13 13:08 I attest to the accuracy of this order Chandigarh
