A sum of Rs.7,23,881/-, has been sanctioned and disbursed to the petitioner vide Cheque No.071190, dated 24.06.2025, in final settlement of his claim under policy dated 15.07.2019, framed by Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited. A copy of the speaking order has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner, who seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to assail the order, if so advised. 2.
