In view of the law settled vide judgment dated 28.9.2021 passed in Malook Singh and others v. State of Punjab, and in State of Haryana and others v. Vijay Singh and others, (2012) 8 SCC 633, that period of contract service cannot be counted as regular satisfactory service for the purpose of seniority or grant of benefit under ACP Scheme, the petition is not maintainable.

Dismissed.
