Learned State counsel submits that respondent no. 5 was convicted for criminal breach of trust. However, on an appeal being preferred by her, matter was compromised before the appellate court. According to him, prayer made in this petition has, thus been rendered infructuous.

In view of above, present petition is hereby dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
