Vide order dated 13.09.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel submits that no recovery was effected from the petitioner. He, on instructions from ASI Ajaib Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation. There are other cases registered or pending against the petitioner, under the Excise Act.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 13.09.2021 PARVEEN KUMAR 2022.04.27 06:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
